Scope of certification |
|
|
1）NDT personnel who are responsible for developing testing procedures, implementing testing tasks and issuing testing reports according to requirements of National Military Standards.
2）Authorized NDT signatory accredited by DiLAC. |

The Qualification and Certification Committee for NDT Personnel of Defense Industry was set up by government administrative department on September 11, 2003, which named DiNDT for short. |

Missions:
According to requirements of the national military standard, implements qualification and certification for NDT personnel who engage in the research and production work. |
|
Nature:
The defense industry personnel technical qualification which is carried out in order to ensure correctness, effectiveness, results consistency and comparability in the course of product testing. It neither belongs to practitioners or practice accreditation nor vocational skills certification scope. |
|
Organization:
The Secretariat is the standing body of the committee and takes charge of the certification implementation. “AVIC China AERO-POLYTECHNOLOGY ESTABLISHMENT” (AVIC CAPE for short) is the support organization for the administration and business development of the committee. |

Business:
To implement NDT personnel qualifications and certification according to requirements of national military standard GJB9712A. |
